Unrated firms: Payment plus freight with order. To establish credit, please submit two trade references and one bank reference. Allow two weeks for this process.

Rated firms: Net 30 days.

No C.O.D. shipments.

Minimum order requirement of $100.00 exclusive of freight

Make checks payable to Althor Products LLC.

All major credit cards accepted.

All quoted prices are subject to change without notice.

All dimensions are quoted inside and are approximate.

Non stock parts must be ordered in full case quantities.

Custom foam and vial orders, as well as special order items may be shipped up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity.

All Connecticut based Companies please submit your tax exemption number with your order.

Please advise your preferred means of transportation otherwise we will ship the best way at our discretion. A $15.00 pick up fee applies when using FedX ground.

A $3.00 handling fee applies to each order.

Support policies

We take pride in offering great customer support for our products.

When requesting custom development, please state annual requirements, as well as normal per release requirements.

If available, please send samples of the product, along with the present package.

Tutone means a clear cover with a colored base.

Inverted tutone means a colored cover with a clear base.

Refund policy

Return shipments will not be accepted without written authorization from Althor Products LLC.

A 20% restocking charge will apply.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost when incorrect merchandise is ordered.

A return authorization is required for any unacceptable merchandise due to quality. (Send samples for our evaluation of any defects in the manufacturing process.)
